Comprehensive Refund Guidelines
Eligibility Requirements
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of course enrollment. Students must demonstrate that they have accessed less than 25% of the course materials and have not completed any assignments or projects.
Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Special Circumstances
We consider refund requests beyond the standard timeframe for documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances. Each case is reviewed individually with appropriate documentation.
Refund Eligibility Timeline
Days 1-7: Full Refund Available
Complete refund eligibility period. Students can request full refunds with minimal course engagement (less than 10% completion).
Days 8-21: Partial Refund Consideration
Partial refunds may be available based on course completion percentage and individual circumstances. Administrative fees may apply.
Days 22-30: Exception-Based Reviews
Refunds considered only for exceptional circumstances with proper documentation. Standard refund policies may not apply.
After 30 Days: No Standard Refunds
Refunds not available under standard policy. Only extreme circumstances with comprehensive documentation will be considered.

Important Refund Restrictions
Refunds are not available for courses where students have completed assignments, downloaded course materials for offline use, participated in live sessions, or accessed premium content including exclusive webinars and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Students who have received certificates or completed final projects are not eligible for refunds under standard policy terms.
